The evaluation process is critical to the results achieved when performing physical therapy because it is where the cause of a patient's symptoms are determined. What Separates This Facility from the rest is that our chief modality is exercise.Since physical therapy is the science of movement, and muscles are what move the body, you would expect that the main means of returning to normal function would consist primarily of strength and flexibility training. You must have a thorough understanding of biomechanics, anatomy and proper strength training technique. You must have the equipment sufficient enough to work with people of all fitness levels. The facility should have all the amenities of a fully loaded gym. The staff to patient ratio must be low enough to provide personalized care that is fully supervised at all times.Types of injuries treated in an outpatient setting: *Musculoskeletal, *Cardiovascular, *Neurologic injures. Insurance accepted: *most major medical plans, *Medicare, *Workers compensation and *No-fault. Physician's prescription needed to attend physical therapy. Patients have traveled from the 5 boroughs, the forks of long island and as far away as Florida to receive treatment at this facility. Make a call and find out why. |
