Our PhilosophyOur philosophy at PT2 Therapy is based on the theory of wellness and fitness. Exercise promotes both. In both physical therapy and personal training, exercise is the key. We have a fully equipped gym that rivals any commercial gym. It must be seen to be believed. We provide state of the art treatment and training focusing on the goals of our patients and clients to achieve their maximal functional capacity and highest quality of life. We take an aggressive approach to exercise regardless of age, gender or level of exercise history. Progress is paced to each individual's capability. We have had patients from ages 3 to 93. Each person is treated with the same attentive, personal care that has made our facility a major success. PT2 was established in March, 1997 by Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer, Mitchell Yass. He received his degree in physical therapy in 1993 and began strength training in 1986. What puts his philosophy ahead of the rest is his ability to combine his understanding of strength training with his medical background. He has applied the laws of science to weight training to allow progress in a safe and effective manner whether overcoming an injury through physical therapy or trying to reach maximal functional capacity through personal training. |
